1. Valid from 30 days of date of purchase to the rider level- This includes your build time etc.
2. The BIKE MUST HAVE BEEN BUILT and RIDDEN. This is a performance guarantee and we want to make sure you rode the bike. There will be an evaluation form that will be required to be filled out for a return to be accepted.
3. The BIKE MUST BE IN RESELLABLE CONDITION- limited scratches are okay but NO CRASHES!
4. You will pay to ship the Frame and rear shock back to Mountains Plus at your expense.
5. You will be given a FULL CREDIT for your PURCHASED PRICE from us.
