The final link in a successful avalanche rescue lies in your ability to rapidly dig your partner out of the debris. An inferior shovel is of no use to you. That is why, along with your SOS shovel scoop, you will need an SOS ergonomically engineered shovel handle. Each handle is designed with an off set “T” handle for maximum strength shorter collapse length, and longer extendable length. Each off set “T” handle can be rotated 180 degrees to best fit your grip. Made of 6061 aluminum for weight savings and superior digging power. Choose from 5 handles. Made in Canada.
